By using Photo Print Service Nepal (the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree, please refrain from using our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes implies agreement.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information during registration (e.g., name, email, address).
• You are responsible for maintaining account security and confidentiality. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

3. Orders and Payments

• Order Process: Upload photos, select products, and confirm payment.
• Payment: Accepted via [list methods: eSewa, Khalti, credit/debit cards, etc.]. Prices are in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Cancellations: Orders may be canceled before processing. No cancellations once production begins.

4. User Content

• You retain ownership of photos/designs uploaded but grant us a non-exclusive license to process and print them.
• Prohibited content: Illegal, infringing, obscene, or harmful material. We reserve the right to reject such content.

5. Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., logistics, weather) are not our liability.
• Verify shipping addresses carefully. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by users.

6. Returns and Refunds

• Damaged/Defective Prints: Report within 5 days of delivery for replacement/refund. Provide photographic evidence.
• No Refunds for user errors (e.g., incorrect file uploads, design choices).

7. Intellectual Property

• All Service content (logos, website design, software) is owned by Photo Print Service Nepal and protected under applicable laws.
• Do not reproduce, modify, or distribute our materials without written consent.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• Reverse-engineer or disrupt the website’s functionality.
• Upload viruses, spam, or malicious code.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of profits, data).
• Third-party actions (e.g., payment gateway errors, courier delays).

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violations of these Terms or suspicious activity.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Kathmandu, Nepal.
